Who it is for
The programme is open to foreign nationals who buy one or more properties in Turkey with a combined value of at least USD 400,000, as set by a licensed valuation report. Your spouse and children under 18 can apply with you, and Turkey allows dual citizenship.
What the law requires
The purchase price must be paid through a Turkish bank and converted from foreign currency, documented with a currency conversion certificate. A note is added to the title deed confirming that the property will not be sold for three years. The property must be valued by a licensed appraiser, and the valuation must meet the minimum.
Rules and thresholds can change. Before you commit, our contracted lawyer confirms the current requirements for your nationality and situation.
Why work with one advisor
Most problems in citizenship purchases come from the property, not the application: a valuation that comes in below the threshold, a title deed with restrictions, or a payment made the wrong way. Hüseyin Oğural checks these before you sign, and the same team stays with you until your passport is issued.

Frequently asked questions
Can I apply without living in Turkey?
Yes. There is no requirement to live in Turkey before or after you receive citizenship.
Can I buy more than one property?
Yes. Several properties can be combined to reach the minimum value, as long as they are bought within the qualifying rules.
How long does it take?
It depends on the file and the authorities’ workload. We give you a realistic timeline for your case at the start.
Can the whole process be done remotely?
Most of it. Viewings can be done by video and the purchase completed by power of attorney. Some steps may require your presence or biometric data; we plan these with you in advance.
